  • Experience in optical glass or related industries is a strong advantage - Previous work experience with Japanese companies is preferred - Familiar with precision machinery, quality control, or design processes
  • Young engineers with strong adaptability and willingness to learn - Open to both local Chinese and Indians candidates with good teamwork and communication skills
  • Must be willing to work in a manufacturing plant environment - May be required to travel for short business trips (especially for technical coordination with Japanese supplier)
